Deep tissue massage enhances the effect of traditional massage by stimulating deeper layers of the muscles, fascia, blood vessels, nerves, etc. Very effective in relieving chronic neuralgia, myalgia, other musculoskeletal aches and pains and stress. This is very refreshing and thus, after a good deep tissue massage, one should feel, a sense of well-being, relaxed, energised and lighter. The duration of the massage varies depending on the surface area of the client. We recommend booking a longer session if you have a taller / bigger stature or have multiple concerns of aches and pains in different parts of your body.

Every serious athlete understands the importance of regular self-care. Sports massage helps increase blood circulation, promotes muscle growth and encourages a fast recovery ensuring you are fit and ready to perform again as soon as possible. • First, during an initial consultation, your therapist does a postural analysis and asks about any muscles that require special attention. • Your treatment may include the entire body (135 min) or one specific area or muscle group. • Then your therapist asks you to undress to your comfort level and leaves the room. • Once you are ready, your therapist begins by warming your muscles with light compressions, effleurage and petrissage. • Then the therapist uses a combination of long gliding strokes, kneading, deep friction, trigger point release, myofascial release, stretches (STR), MET and pulls to perform the massage as per the individual requirements • After the massage, your therapist discusses a self-care plan or recommends a follow-up treatment, if necessary. If you want to compete at the top of your game, sports massage is an essential part of your self-care and routine maintenance. Sports massage is effective in improving performance by reducing the stiffness of the muscles and increasing flexibility. It is also effective in addressing chronic sports injuries like sprains, chronic bursitis, chronic tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinosis, shin splint, calf muscle strain, knee injuries, meniscal tear, piriformis syndrome, sciatica, low back pain, iliotibial band syndrome, hamstring, quadriceps and adductor strain, osteoarthritis, rotator cuff strain, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, etc.

Pre-Event Sports Massage – is offered before any sporting events, to improve performance in any kind of athletic events. The therapist uses a combination of long gliding strokes, kneading, deep friction, trigger point release, myofascial release, stretches (STR), MET and tapotement as per the individual requirements. These massage techniques create a state of readiness in the muscles, stimulating circulation and generating a fresh supply of oxygen to specific areas, reducing tension in the tight muscle groups, increasing flexibility of muscles, decreasing anxiety and nervousness, and enhancing a state of focus and concentration.

Post-Event Sports Massage – is given during rest from heavy training or right after a sporting event. The therapist uses a combination of long gliding gentle strokes, effleurage, light petrissage, myofascial release, passive stretching (STR) and traction as per the individual requirements. This will help in the cool-down process, relax tight muscle groups, stimulate circulation, reduce sourness and reduce fascial adhesions.

A relaxing massage is provided with specific oil based on one’s body constitution. This helps in relaxation and reducing stress. It also improves the lustre of the skin and helps in improving cutaneous circulation. Massage of more than 45 min will be a full body massage from head to toe. Due to the limitation of time Massage less than 45 min will not include head, face and foot.

It is a gentle form of massage with additional strokes to clear the lymph nodes. Lymphatic drainage massage is a kind of medical treatment for sluggish lymphatic circulation. The symptoms of poor lymphatic drainage are aches, feeling heavy, difficulty in movement, repeated skin infection, heard or thickened skin, swelling in the arms or legs, etc. Our treatment includes massage of the whole body including the face and head.

Indian head massage is performed using various herb-infused oil. The oil is chosen based on the desire for the outcome of the massage. Different oils are used for insomnia, headaches, hair fall, dandruff, etc.

Is a relaxing massage to the face with acupressure point stimulation at different points on the face. Suitable treatment for maintaining the tone of the muscles and skin on the face, bruxism, jaw pain, loosening the locked jaws, draining the sinuses, palsy, etc. Face massage is effective in improving blood circulation in the face, clearing sinuses when applying pressure on the sinuses, improving the skin texture and tone, reduce fine lines and wrinkles on the application of the treatment on a long-term basis. We use cooling aromatic ayurvedic oils for face massage with firm pressure. The aroma of the oils brings about pleasantness and a blissful feeling.
